View From Vinařská
There is a large patio-type area outside my dorm; the view is kind of pretty, I think. So I am feeling a bit common right now... I have seen dozens of Czech travel blogs, all of which are very similar to my own. It is a bit frustrating to have the same experiences as many other people. ::Sigh:: I have been in contact with the Office of International Education at Agnes Scott, and one of the directors tells me that many people are interested in coming to the Czech Republic. I chose the Czech Republic because I thought it a bit special but apparently it is the new "hot spot" for studying abroad! Oh well. It is still fun and I am enjoying it more each day.
Something very special is happening tomorrow... My friend Molly is coming to visit!!! For those of you who know and love Molly, you can imagine how excited I am!!! I hope to have some great pictures from all of our adventures!
On yet another, totally unrelated note, I do have some pictures of the outside of my residence hall. I slept in today (which was absolutely wonderful to a) sleep through the night and b) not have to get up early). I tried to find the grocery store, but
Vinařská
There are three blocks; mine is the first. the one time I went, it was by tram. Well, the trams were not working today, so I took a bus. The bus was apparently not the right bus (not that I know what the right bus is, as I have only the vaguest clue about which tram it is) so I ended up at the other side of the city. I ended coming back come sans groceries, still very hungry. To redeem the day, I took some pictures of the outside so that everyone has a vague clue of what I mean when I say "Vinařská".
To conclude this rather random little ditty, thank you to everyone who reads my ramblings. It means a lot to me; it is good to know that I am at least kind of interesting. ;-) Hahahahah. Seriously, though, I do appreciate everyone's support and well-wishes; it is amazing that so many people care about me! I miss and love you all.

I wouldn't exactly call these ramblings. I love the pictures and it's great to see that you're adjusting. I was scared shitless my first two weeks abroad, and that was with seeing Liz and being surrounded by people I knew! You're already doing better than me. Hopefully I'll talk to you soon!
