I'm sure that no one will have any objections, but this blog will be short and direct, because we are sooo tired.

We spent our last evening in Cambodia watching the sunset over one of the temples with hundreds of other tourists. We rode elephants up to the top of the temple, which was on a big hill and perched ourselves on the edge of a thousand year old structure to see our last sunset in Cambodia. It was beautiful!

The next morning we took a scary propeller plane with 18 rows from Cambodia to Krabi. Finally...we made it to the beach. Yesterday we took an island tour that went to 4 islands in the Andaman Sea. It is insane how crystal clear the water is and how white the sand is. The water is really warm too.

Last night we were walking along the beach and stumbled across 20 or so monkeys. They are really used to tourists, so we bought some bananas for them to eat. One even jumped on Allison from a pole 3 feet away. She screamed and everyone turned around. If you are holding food they will jump up and try to climb up on you. Thank goodness for that rabies shot.

There isn't much else to say except that we are REALLY sunburned. We have basically laid on the beach all day surrounded by naked Europeans. Young and old, big and small, they don't care if they show it all to the world.

Allison decided to stay another week at the beach so Ammo is going back to Bangkok alone tomorrow 😞. His flight back to San Diego is the following day. Kab Khun Ka! (Bye Bye)

You two are amazing!! Your photos give me vicarious vacation rejuvenation----sans the sand, sunburn and bugs. Alli you are a cute monkey magnet -- do they sense feminine comfort, or is it really all about the food (kind of like Ammo)? How can you two bear to part after all this remarkable 24/7 exploring, sharing and memory making??? You are in our hearts and our prayers during your stay Alli....please check in as often as possible so we can share your experiences and see your lovely face and know you are safe. Safe trip home Ammo--what a case of jet lag you'll have! I love you both !!!! WAY TO GO ALANDAMMO !!!
