Well today is the day where it all comes together! or did it??!
Well let me take a moment to say that for some reason, my blog didn't show me I had new messages and I have just read quite a few! So helloooo!
Jollifleur - hope you had a great bday and shopping - and that Adrian got you something great! no pressure!
Hi AJ and Julie and the crew down south, lovely to hear from you, I will continue you to be warm, probably too warm for me, you'd think after 3 years of working abroad I would be used to it now but nope!
Monkey - when's the little one due??? Lou got Cyprus for S08. You missing it yet the wonderful world of TC??! Hope all is well with you!
Bex - Do you ever fly to NZ as well since we missed you in OZ??!!
Baz - Please tell me my car is still alive??!! And yes I have now got your blog message!!
And I must wish a warm welcome to Auntie Una and Paul as I know believe my fan club is growing! the blogs can't be
too boring then - I do try my best I must admit! ha ha! I hope you guys are OK down there in the south and had a nice xmas!
Ok I will continue blogging now, fan mail replied to! ha ha just joking, I am honestly not vain!
So we set out to have another nosy round, Aucklands a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be and other than aqariums and jumping off tall things (which I would love to do however I cant do them all!) then theres not a great deal. We set out to decide how were goign to get about and toyed between the hop on hop off bus or a car. After many hours of number crunching and weighing up we decided 25 days on a bus was not our thing! We did a lot in OZ which was excellent however time for a change....der der deeerrrrr! So we got a got booked, leaving Sunday and we're heading out!
Aucklands a nice place though - Sorry laur - dont want to put you off before you arrive! he he but just smaller than I thought!
Anyhow,
once sorted we decided to hit the minus 5 bar which is a bar made out of ice - Again Laur - sorry we had to do it without you - silly visas! - its great though! So we got kitted out, 2 pairs of gloves, jackets, socks and boots n all which were very nice - quite like Ugg boots actually! Was going to steal them but you know, didn't think they would fit in my backpack! There were lots of ice sculptures of xmas in there, apparently they only change them every 3 months thats the only time they need doing. Your glass you drink out of is also made of ice hich you are allowed to eat if you like! Gave it a go but the cocktail in the glass was ncier than the actual glass so I gave up! I gave the sant claus sculpture a kiss though - he had sloppy wet lips! ha ha! You werent allowed to take photos so I tried to do it through the window after we came out but they didnt work so brilliantly! hehe! My hands were freezing though after the half hour, well we got chatting to

We're backpackers, we can't afford 25$ a photo!them bar staff as we were the only 2 in there and we got an extra 10 mins, alwaus getting our moneys worth! So yeah, was good funa nd glad we did it!
Next we headed for the late show of the comedy club which we fancied trying as its somethign different. They nearly had to cancel the show as not many people showed up but they ran it with about 20 of us in the end! They were 3 different guys and they were quite funny at times but not amzaing, lets just say I have definitely laughed a lot more ofthen at other time sin my life! Maybe we shouldnt have been backpackers and paid the extra 10 bucks and gone to the early show! It was Ok though, glad we went and something different!

hi love!!! Happy New Year!!! Seems like your still having an amazing time!!! We do fly to NZ but I havent got any flights this month for NZ but have for Melbourne and go in next few days via singapore- typical hey!!!!!! Where u going next and when u home? xxxx
