so to answer everyones´question: ´what is dulce de leche?´ (Tony Ward Holmes, no it is NOT a dose of lechery )

well, think caramelised condensed milk but better, socially acceptable to eat in large quantities at any time of the day, and takes up half an aisle in the supermarket.

you can have dulce de leche ...
on toast (penny says with lashings of butter),
in your porridge
in your tea
spread on a biscuit
raw on the spoon
dip your celery into it (aroha´s pick)
in lunchtime sandwiches
in afternoonn sandwiches
on your toothbrush

got the idea? Promise to eat some for ya!

I miss dulce de leche!! I think that stuff could easily replace leppins and energy gels... just ride along and have a huge spoonful of Dulce de Leche every hour or so!!
