The beginning of my travels have begun!! Brazil! Woohoo! Rest and relaxation is the first week´s plan. On a yoga retreat on Iha Grande, and island south of Rio de Janeiro. Staying at Sagu mini resort, my place overlooks the ocean. It´s beautiful, but mini resort really means barely a resort. Guess I am a spoiled American! 😊
Yoga on the ocean is awesome. We have yoga morning and night, lots of hiking. The hiking is so beautiful, but quite vertical and challenging. My ass is soar! I am having lots of time for introspection, reading, taking care of myself. which is what I wanted to start out. Eating is super healthy and vegetarian. But I´m pretty hungry since I am fed lots of dried fruits and nuts. Where is the tofu scrambler??!!
Oh, and my yoga guide has decided to bring his hot little, fake breasted, size 0 Brazilian girlfriend. She is super sweet, but they are all over one another and he is taking better care of her than me! I am paying him! And I don´t know, but I have never gone to work with my boyfriends! Did it ever cross his mind that someone

A marshall arts kind of dance that is often seen on the beaches. might be on a yoga retreat getting over a break-up!?! 😊
Other than that, still enjoying life, beaches are extraordinary and sun is intense. (I´m burnt.) Lopez Mendez is the best beach. And I meet friends from all over, such as Spain and France. They are all traveling, some for a year, some for 3 months, etc. And many are my age. I love hearing what people are doing and where they´ve been. That is one of my favorite parts of traveling!
