Final countdown

I've just discovered this thing is counting down our remaining days but I'm sure it's lost some somewhere - it cannot be only 20 days. Apart from organising the trip, it currently feels like we're changing jobs, doing up the house (decorator & plumber in today) and moving house as well and the list of things to do gets longer rather than shorter. But this is another one ticked off the list - the first blog entry - just to see if it works. Next I have to work out how to put photos on....might need Hugh for that.

We will try to make this witty & interesting rather than just a deadly list of everywhere we've been but, if we fail, at least you'll all know we're still alive! Do send us messages - despite the fun we'll be having I'm sure we'll be a little bit homesick & we don't want to think you've forgotten us.

Thanks to everybody who has supported us and helped us on our way to being able to do this trip and, if any of you fancy a trip to somewhere exotic, do come and meet us!
