Well, the PC gets switched off early tomorrow (so Hugh will be bereft!) and the last of our stuff goes into store (thank you, man with a van). The fantastic news is that we have a tenant, moving in on Saturday for the full period we are away so that's a relief. We also have our train tickets for Russia (at least most of them!) so we can go....
The last couple of weeks have been rather frantic as we've packed & cleaned, repacked, checked the paperwork, copied and scanned documents and sent them all over the place and thrown away more stuff than we thought we ever owned - it would be very therapeutic if we had time to think about it!
So, Manchester tomorrow - big thanks to Jonathan for putting us up and seeing us off at the airport (he's promised not to tell anybody how much I cry). And on Saturday we head off into the wide blue yonder.

They've Gone...
...Helsinki here they come. Dropped them at the airport at 0900 this morning. A little teary but not too bad. They've promised me an I "heart" Omsk T-Shirt so I look forward to hearing that they've managed to locate that. Found out this morning that Sarah gets travel sick. Travel sick! And yet she's going to spend a whole year travelling... Oh well, ours not to wonder why. Good luck guys and look forward to hearing from yoou soon. J x
