Today I was spending one whole day stitching photos together, because I took quite a number of "panoramic" shots in Europe. (I had a one-month trip in Europe from 16th May to 15th June. Refer to my previous post for the highlights.) During the trip it was my friend Yangzhong who gave me the idea of capturing panoramic views by taking a series of continuous photos.
Here are the series of photos I took at Albert Dock in Liverpool, UK.
After using a stitching program, here is what I get...
The panoramic shot is a bit crude, because the stitching program I'm using is a freeware... (All the better quality stitching programs that can blend the edges and do auto-corrections are all commercial and are only available as trial versions.) In the end, I decide to utilize my reliable Photoshop to fine-tune the picture.
Voila! Here is the end product...
Each panoramic shot took me more than half an hour to fine-tune... But the results are satisfying.

Wow , panorama does make a differenence. Like esp. the Naumberg, Germany shot.
