Easter came around and a trip to Bath was organised with some girls from work. We stayed at another work mates place, right on the Circus, which happens to be a major tourist attraction and right next to the city centre, so walking everywhere was the order of the day.
Caught the 7pm train right after work from London to Bath, got there was met by Rich, went back to the pub to meet more people.
Friday came with a few drinks in the sun down by the river, Saturday was a very lazy day beginning with Brunch in town, and a supermarket shop for supplies and lounging in the sun in the Park and playing frisbee.
Sunday being Easter Sunday, i went to church in the Bath Abbey. Very awesome Catherdral/Church. It was a Church of England service and the Bishop came joined us and gave us all a blessing from the balcony of the Abbey outside. Back to the Park after that for some more lounging about and reading the paper.
Monday was just as relaxing before i headed back to London. Thanks to it being Easter weekend, it took me 4 hours to make
a 1 and half hour journey - go figure!!
All in all it was a very relaxing weekend and it was really nice to get out of London for the weekend, and the weather came up trumps also, and a little bit of colour was obtained, so now i dont look quite so sickly after the winter.
