Hello All,

Thanks for all the messages that everyone has been sending. Internet has been few and far between so we are not writing as often. Neetz just typed out this blog and the computer died on her so I'm typing it now. Things here have been a blast. We left Athens for Mykonos and then Ios and we are now trying to make our way to Italy from Santorini.

The beaches here are ok (just). We are simply spoilt in Aus with our beaches. We have been kicked off banana lounges so many times as we refuse to pay to sit on them. We have come to know that the dodgy banana lounge people let everyone get comfortable before asking them to pay.

Otherwise we have been hiring scooters to get around the islands as it has been cheaper than paying bus fares. The scooters here severly lack power (not exactly my GSXR 750)however a few sideways slips have occured. Helmets here are optional and nobody wears them as the scooters could be passed by a donkey when travelling up a hill.

We are already looking forward to coming home however we should be thinking more about drinking less (me only, this Ouzo rocks and at AUS$6 it gives a good night and a bad morning) and where we plan to sleep.

Don't worry about us Wendy, while we are not always sure where we are staying we are travelling as homeless people with style.

The Greeks love the Aussies and we enjoy them.

Wow, so jealous!
While you guys are off enjoying yourselves, I am slaving away on a film set for 16+hour days...not fun. Well...it is kind of fun, but definitely not relaxing. I can't wait til you are in North America. I miss you both terribly! Love you!

I saw con!
Con is everywhere! which one is he? and I saw his wife with the mo too! hahahaha We're now in Italia. We caught the ferry from Corfu to Brindisi (9 hours) then the train from Brindisi to Napoli (another 5 hours), travelling is exhausting! I've only just had a shower (its been a while) and I feel like a new person. Tomorrow we're going to Pompei and will most likely camp there. Tezz bought a guide to camping in Italy, it's in Italian... and he expects me to know it all! I have to ask for the directions etc here, he gets stuck as soon as the people can't speak english. From Pompei we'll head to Rome in a few days, first I have to catch up on some sleep. Now I'm off to get some pizza! Miss you all, luv Neetz.
