Bangkoks at the bottom!

Bangkok to Chiang Mai
Luke

6.30 train!
well after 6 days weve decided to move on, to get away from the hastle and smog so we can chill out and actually see thailand. Bangkok is more like a resort everyone speaks english and wants to sell you something!

we got the train to Chiang Mai, its a city in the north but its the opposite of bangkok and all the thai people tell you to go there..

the train journey to nearly 15 hours ! mainly as the train only goes at 50 mph but it is quite far.. we got bunks so we could sleep and it had a buffet/party carriage! where we spent the nite with a guy called Sang, we drunk a bottle of samsong (thai rum) and tought him how to play egyption rat and pontoon card games! he loved it and invited us to go see his farm in Pia

where we may go next.

the people are so friendly here its awesome just walking down the train people will stop you to talk even if they cant speak much english and they always offer you food or drink! the scenery on the way up was all mountains, forrests and rice fields!

after the long train joureny we got to chiang mai n wasnt disapointed it so much nicer then bangkok theres no skyscrapers its quite quiet and you can breath ( being in bangkok is like standing behind a bus) weve got a nice guest house to with AC!.. its 40 degrees here !

were supposed to meet some french people we met in bangkok here and also Bella from brighton is coming on tuesday! which will be rad!

weve got loads planned to do here so

im pretty good at this so far ive got flip flops a handbag thing some fake goods and even gettin use to using the hose instead of toilet paper!!

the videos might not work not sure why LAMER

PEACE
