nialljenkinsApril 18th 2007 Day 3 was an early start at 5am but was defintely the best day. We drove for an hour in the dark and caught the sunrise which was spectactular. Then we arrived at geysers at 4800mtrs and these were really cool. The smell was horrible though(smelled like graham). The noise was the coolest part,just a constant roar as the steam comes out of the ground. Next up was some really hot pools which were roasting in the freezing tempatures at 5000 mtrs. Great jumping in to wake us up.
After that we headed on for desert and more desert again(which i thought was cool) and the 3 boys jumped on top of the 4x4 for some good views. They nearly died as the guide drove just as if they were all inside nearly killed them.
After hours of driving we stopped at a train graveyard which was pretty cool and the only other incident was a burst tyre.
Took it easy that night with our 6am 6/9 hour bus journey to Tupiza as it was time to leave Bolivia and head back to Argie for some incidents.....

I agree man that is a quality photo
The one of the geyser, were you said youre proud of that picture. You should be man, that is a quality picture. The one with the sun shining through the train i sgood aswell
