finally...a nice day in Deutschland

Erin and Andrew Guten Sonntag!
Well its finally a beautiful day here in Deutschland. Erin just finished her job this past Friday, so she is now officially unemployed. No worries; she'll be keeping herself busy working for the environmental engineering firm in the next town over, and already has a job lined up in San Antonio (through afore mentioned engineering firm) come late-June.

So we went on a walk this morning and made our way up to the large tower in our town (the Eulenkopf), and to our surprise, the stairway leading up to the top of it was open. we walked up the 3 or so flights of stairs, and were greated with a beautiful view.

we hope everyone enjoys the pictures. i'm going to try and work backwards and post some journals/pictures of past trips around Europe. Also, in the very near future (2 weeks), we'll be posting pictures direct from South Africa. Tschuss!
