Through the highlands we go!
Well I just got back from a two day trip up to Loch Ness. It's really picturesque (sp?) up there. The mountains, the loch, the castles, the crazy hostel with funny characters and weird encounters. It was a great time.

I took the train up to Inverness with a free pass that Fee gave me and then a quck bus to the little village of Lewiston right next to the Loch. I got a deal on the hostel I stayed in now that I'm in the "industry". It was good being back with civilization after spending 10 days in the hills with not to many people to talk to but the sheep (Trust me, everyone talks to the sheep up here.)

The weather was fantastic the first day and then crap the next day. Oh well. See the attched photos for proof of the beauty of the place. I did the regular tourist trap of going to the "Loch Ness Monster experience" It was cool. I didn't realize how many photos and videos have been taken of "Nessie". I don't really know if something lives in the Loch, but it seems to attract lots of tourists and a lot of creative imaginations. It was cool to be a part of it.

Met some very interesting people in the Hostel I was staying at. My roomate the first night was an ex-con who can only be described as a "vagabond" with no fixed address, can fit all his possesions in a rucksack and has a million stories to tell. To many funny people and stories to tell right now, so you'll have to wait 'till I get back 😉

Anywho, I hope all is well with you people.

Cheers!
