Tully River FloodingNorthern Queensland where the storms hit yearly. We were doing quite well crossing this river until a semi going the opposite direction splashed us and our car stalled right in the middle of the crossing!
The ClipperOur boat for the 2 days we spent on the Whitsundays!
Whitsunday IslandsWe had to wear the stinger suits even in the super shallow water! A TON of jellyfish around.
Melbourne - Telegraph Group dinnerThe ozzy group we met at the Riversong (Telegraph Creek) over the summer! We were so surprised to see EVERYONE show up for this dinner!
Pam, Lyn and UsWho we've been staying with for the past two weeks! It's going to be tough getting back into camp life after two weeks of delicious home-made meals and a family...oh, and a bed!
We've had emails and pictures from Pam and Lyn keeping us up to date with your activities in Melbourne...so very nice of them! Elnaz, I would have been terrified too, stuck in the middle of a road during a flood! We are having some sunny, beautiful days now and the snow is starting to shrink. I notice you are having to wear more clothes and we are beginning to be able to take some off. We love you and miss you! Love, Mom
