Scott and I finished sandboarding and lazing about in Huacachina and headed back to Ica with a couple of ladies that we had met from England, Kathryn and Maz. From Ica we caught a bus to the town Pisco in the state of Pisco. Pisco is known for its amazing island tours that allow people to witness the beautiful sea lions, seals, peguins and all types of sea birds that a person could ever want to see. These birds included the Pelicans and assortment of other winged beasts. We headed out in a boat that took us out to sea for two hours. It was an amazing experience and we saw things that people could only wish to see in their lifetime. To make the boat ride more interesting we brought along some brews to share with the girls. The ride ended up being a blast. Next we headed to the town of Nazca, where people can witness the famous Nazca lines, that alien life forms may have helped to create. Sounds like bollocks to me. Scott, Maz and Kathryn took off into the air to witness the lines for themselves, while I guarded the bags. In my present state I
Fake Nazca Lines
Created by the Pisco Mayor as a way to con tourists such as ourselves to get on boats and check this thing out don´t think I would have been fit to gaurd anything, so i slept off my illness. I awoke to the trio returning from the plane ride. They enjoyed the lines and said they were somewhat amazed by the size of some of the formations. From what I understand the Nazca Lines were a success. We headed to lunch, and then on to Arequipa!
