Just finished my second day of work at Nova and I am really enjoying it. Its more like tutoring than actual teaching, I never have more than 4 students and we basically just get to sit around and talk and they are all so respectful, I can hardly believe it!!!!
I will write more later, I mostly wanted to share about my dinner the other night...ONAMIYAKI...Japanese pancakes...amazing, it is like an omelet, made with tapioca flour, lots of seafood and veggies and some crazy sauce and japanese mayo on top. Here is a picture.
