Hey All,

So I am back in Sydney after quite a bumpy flight last night. I have finally been able to download my pictures so have update the blogs with pictures. I hope you enjoy. Like I said here is my contact info for school in New Zealand.

All I know so far is that I have 3 roommates, 2 boys (Scott and Clancy, Scott is from New Zealand and Clayton was there last semester as well) and 1 other girl who (Holly, who studied abroad in Scotland last semester.) As much as I have loved my time in Australia I am really looking forward to getting to New Zealand and getting settled. One of my good friends from my Contiki tour is staying here tonight which should be fun. I leave tomorrow morning for New Zealand and will be picked up from the airport by one of my friends from the summer camp I used to work at who I haven’t seen since I was like 14!! But it should be fun. I will be in Auckland for 4 days and then meet up with my abroad program on the 5th. We have orientation for a few days and I then head down to Dunedin to get settled in. Well I am thinking of you all lots! Hope every thing is going well back at home or where ever you are. I miss you all and love you all.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Em

P.S. If you posted I comment I have tried to respond to them on the comment page.

fell behind
Skinner! I don't know what happened, but I thought I subscribed to get updates on your blog, but it got messed up, so I am just now catching up on your journey since LA. Sounds like you are having a great time! I loved the picture of you with the koala. And careful of those kangaroos...they are mean!!! I'm so glad to hear you are having a great time. And by the way, just as a heads up as you approach the month mark of your trip, don't worry if you get stuck on the Study Abroad emotional roller coaster. We all do. If you get the blues along the line just remind yourself that it's an adventure and you are in freaking AUSTRALIA! Take care, Katie Swan

Love you lots!
Emily- Great pics from down under- did you take the pic of the turtle and is it under water? It looks glorious, but was especially happy to see the one of you and the koala. We're looking forward to New Zealand probably as much as you are! Keep safe! xoxo Joni
