Jay and Amy - Airborne
Jay and Amy luuuuuv First Class !!!Have I mentioned that layovers in the British Air First class lounge don't suck??? Here we are...we've got six hours to kill with all the food, drink, showers and massages we can handle.... all gratis! But of course.. they do charge for wi-fi service - 6pounds per hour.. go figure. Therefore - we'll keep this one short and sweet.....
The flight from PHX to Heathrow was pretty uneventful. The only excitement we had was realizing upon check-in that BA only allows 1 carry-on bag on flights that connect in the UK - so the scramble to consolidate bags at the check-in counter was pretty interesting. I promised myself I'd pack light on this trip..yet my carryon felt like I was toting a family of 5....crazy heavy. I think Jay was in the same boat.. but he's good at being a trooper and not letting the pain show!
Alright - I'm too tired to be witty right now... and how much more can you say about Jay and Keely each asleep in armchairs in the lounge.. and Karl down the hall getting his complimentary foot massage. All must be right in the world..
Next stop...Hong Kong.

I can't believe you people, supposed to be responsible professionals, could miss an item like number/size carry-ons; jeeeez! ;>) Hope y'all are having fun; just thought I should warn you that they're prepping for a military coup in Bangkok. That should be lots of fun! Take lots of pictures for us, won't you? Kind of like "The Killing Fields," isn't it?
