We find the bumpy steep turnoff into Nexpa and find ourselves seemingly in the midst of a surf video- with a beautiful point break, clear, cool, bird sanctuary lagoon, and two story thatched cabanas with hammocks lining the beach. We spend an awesome three days here with Tom and Carolyn, drinking beers, playing hearts and scrabble and swimming. Tom braves the swell and is sweetly rewarded! This is a world destination surf spot as evidenced by the many nationalities represented in the waves. We stay on after Tom & Caroline depart and continue to live like kings in this surf hamlet. Think 40 ounce Mango smoothies and fresh fish tacos every day. Need we say more... the photos tell all about this idyllic point break oasis in Mexico.
