Stunning isn't it? There were so many good pictures to take.
It was now time to leave Tokyo, and it was back to the airport. But this time, I had a charter bus take me to the airport. Much easier...and today we were flying to Matsuyama. It will be in Matsuyama that we will be visiting the schools. I’m looking forward to this, but first we had a couple of official meetings with college professors and the Superintendent of the Matsuyama Board of Education. We even made it on the local news channel. We also met in small groups with a few college students preparing to be teachers themselves. It was quite interesting to learn about their struggles and the similarities with our profession.

After the meetings, we went sightseeing up to the top of the mountain to see the Matsuyama Castle. This was absolutely beautiful. Our entire group of 20 went hiking up this mountain, and I tried to take as many pictures as I could. I didn’t have Tamura with me to keep me informed about everything, and I only learned a little about this incredible landmark. Although I lack information, I hope through the pictures you will be able to gain the same appreciation I have for the beauty of Matsuyama Castle and for the city of Matsuyama.

The scenery of Matsuyama is much different from that of Tokyo. It's absolutely beautiful. I'm so jealous! :)
