diving in Peru

Hi,

My friend and I are looking for some nice diving spots in Peru. We know that diving is pretty rare in Peru (hard to find something on the web) so if someone good give us some good info, that would be lovely!!
Some possible diving spots: Puerto de Inca? Islas Ballestas?
