We sailed from Trinidad to Los Tostigos, Venezuela. The Los Tostigos Islands lie about 40 miles north of the Venezuelan mainland and have about 160 inhabitants who live by fishing. Since there is no ferry and no airport yachtspeople are among the very few outsiders to visit.
