Inkas carved this face in the mountain above Ollantaytambo. A white face with a beard and what doesn't show well in this lighting is that he has on a crown.

Breakfast at Hostal Samanapaq

You have to stay here! The place is beautiful with gardens and walkways and a lodge with 3 different salons and dining area. The owners are incredibly gracious--the kind of graciousness you'd expect to see in the Orient. Can't beat it anywhere!

Every street in Inca town has an irrigation canal running down it. In Inca days, they could drink from these canals.
