Ross: After a pleasant morning spent on our rather grotty bus we finally crested the last hill to be treated to the magnificent view of Lake Titicaca and Puno clinging to the hills that surround this end of the lake. The guide showed the group how the islands were constructed. the reeds that make the island itself are just piled on in different direction, not woven or fixed or anything. i like the mini huts.

Taquile Island looks absolutely amazing! Great scenery! The part made of reeds is weird but looks great. Hope u guys r having fun!
