Day 1

We arrived after a very long day travelling, flight got delayed in Miami due to a broken windscreen after we took off! So had to return to Miami and swap planes. but due to our extra weight we were warned that our landing would be faster than normal and fire engines would be waiting! Not what you really want to hear, but it was ok. So after 30 hours travelling we made it to Peru!

Hostel is really nice, small but everyone seams really nice. Aussies, s.a and even ome more scottish so should be fun.

Today went into Micraflores for a wonder around and ended up seeing quite a lot of the city, the ocean and an acient burial site which was quite amazing. Then later stumbled across a musical festival, loads of dancing and music playing was really nice to see.

Weather is really overcast but fell like i´ve got a bit of the sun. Which makes us stick out even more. Walking along the road and school kids point and stare. HAving blonde hair in a city where everyone is dark is a bit weird. But spanish is coming along, even if people do laugh at us.

Got to go, away to try Pisco. Might be dangerous
