The week of the 29th to the 5th was pretty uneventful compared to Machu Picchu. On Monday I tried to go to all the museums left on my Tourist Boleta. I also studied pretty hard this week as I realized I was coming closer to the end of classes. On Wednsday night for cooking night we had Tarrarin Verde Con Ocopa- which was pesto pasta with a side of potatoes with peanut sauce. We also found out very last minute that it was Milagros bithday- luckily Helga and I were just able to go to cake shop street and pick up a birthday cake with the 1 sole contributions from everyone at the cooking class. I like how the birthday person is expected to take the first bite, out of the cake.

A cheaper alternative to a taxi. It's like a clown car filled with gobs of people.
