WooHoo Banos, Ecuador

So today Cody and I arrived in Banos after a 2.5 hour bus followed by a 6 hour bus followed by a 1 hour bus. The town is beautiful. It is surrounded by tropical trees and everywhere you look is green...... or is an amazing waterfall. We just got back from three days is Montanita which was fun for the most part. Montanita is kinda a surf/discoteca city.... so not really my thing but we did do one day in Puerto Lopez and Isla de Plata which is dubbed the "poor man's Galapagos". We saw some blue-footed boobies, this bird with a red, inflatable neck, turtles, and went snorkeling with some amazing fish. So plans for Banos include rapelling down a waterfall, a jungle tour, a day of hiking to various waterfalls, and hopefully seeing this volcano with a lake in the middle. So much to do so little time. In other news my little computer crashed so I am trying to fix it now and am currently argueing with my skype download. I'll hopefully have some new pics soon including some boobies!!! But not the XX-rated kind. Ciao!!
