What Pablo did was provide practice facilities, a stadium, a team, and all that good stuff. He cleaned up Colombia real good their is a place named after him. Because of him Colobia was in the world cup. He cleaned up a part of a city were garbage was an issue. He turn it to his own city. He use his dirty money for good cause.
