Holiday Inn at Santiago Airport
Today we checked out at 10 am and then got a resort transfer to the bus station in nearby Vin del Mar. In Vina Del Mar we then got some food supplies at the shop as we have read that the food on Easter island is very expensive and they do not have much fresh food there except for fish. As we have a kitchen in our cabin on Easter Island we are getting some food for us to cook. We then got a bus to Santiago On the way to Santiago we when though the wine fields and saw olive and fruit plantations. At the bus terminal in Santiago we got a bus to the airport where we are staying. We are staying in the Holiday Inn at the airport tonight as we have a 8:20am flight to Easter island tomorrow and we do not like having to get up early. When we arrived at the airport we printed our boarding passes and then checked in to our hotel. We went to the airport and got some food for lunch/dinner and we had some pisco with it.
