Mysterious stop in Ghost Town...

La Serena - Antofagasta would have been 1200km, way too far to ride in one trip, not to mention the tiring winds that hit you hard as a motorcycle rider...I decided to stay one night in this trucker town...Eating...Sleeping...and getting the hell out of there....Goodbye Chanaral, you will never see me again...Encountered a pack of wild dogs in that town who try to bite my leg...Encountered some not so nice Chileans with knives...Ciao bello

Off into the derst again...the longest 492 km ever
against strong 40km/h winds from the ocean basically all the time...Imagine having big trucks passing your way...For a few seconds the winds is almost entirely gone...Once the truck passes, the winds hit you with full force...I had to concentrate onto the road and holding the bike in the winds...very exhausting

The mountains there, I have to pass...They look like low rises but are in fact 3000m altitute
