Brazil is a federal republic government following their constitution and laws. The president acts as the head of chief of executive branch and the head of states. The government is divided into three parts: Legislative power, whom makes laws, Executive, whom enforces programs, and Judicial, whom solves conflict with citizens/states. Brazil allows different parties' constitution only if they influence, have the same ideas and intrests, and be apart of the political power.
