After our fabulous few days in Iguassu, both on the Brazilian side and the Argentinian side, we flew to our next destination Florianopolis - Floripa for short. San Isidro in Buenos Aires

Went for a walk about in this town on the way to the Tigres area

On the Parana River - The Tigres area

Outside Buenos Aires CBD, we went for a boat ride on the Parana River which is more than 50 km across here, but is up to 270km across at its widest point.

Buenos Aires- La Fresque Hotel

An old hotel built in the 1800s, this was renovated in the last few years - we stayed here - great hotel and fabulous breakfasts

Of course you can't see the Andes - too much low cloud!!

So glad you finished your blog. I found it all very interesting. You certainly had a wonderful holiday,and I can appreciate your disappointment at missing the Andes.
