Favella

Hi Guys, sorry to be slacking on te bloging time but its hard trying to find time when our having this much fun. So today I started of the day going to the beach with Eanna for some sun rays. Then of course my ritual fruit and Acai granola. Loving their healthness. Then a few of us decided to go on a Favella tour. This is a Shanty town in Brazil (14 in Rio, henc it is so unsafe!!0. We went to one of the oldest and largestones in Rio (Name in the photos!!) The area is home to over 200,000 people and definitelyan experience. But in order to get there little did we all know we would have to travel on crazy motorbikes. So that was quite the adrenaline rush, as mine and Eannas guy started racing each other!!. The Favella tour was really insightul but really weird at the same time. But also it was quite nice to see the sense of community created in them. Lucky we did not see any of the drugs dealers of gunmen!!

After that we got back to the Hostel again a few of us went for some cheap and cheerful food and got ready for the Manu Chao concert. That was out of this world. The venue was spectacular and we actually had to leave before he finished as he was still going at 4:30am in the morning. Definitely the best concert I have ever been too. Tops lovebox, Manu Chao 300%
