Rio hit us yesterday....we landed and it finally sunk in that we were far far away!!! It was been awesome and not as busy or scary as we imagined! we were tucked up in bed quite early last night after hours of flying bt managed to squeeze in some essential beach time at copacabana - awesome!!...but am pink already!! The sights are amazing - lovely long beaches with random mountaineous sights in the background - beautiful!!

we had a active start this morn and managed to go for a run along the beach and did some sit ups in a lil made up weight centre on the beach front - a mini muscle beach!! well funny.

We have been up to Santa Theresa today and then went for some traditional brazilian food and a coriachipanha (or however you spell it ) felt drnk from one ha!!

goin out tonight and then sight seeing tomorrow then the carnaval begins!!!! yey bring it on!!
