Many cultures in different places around the world have amazing foods! Brazil happens to be one of them. Their culture offers varieties of food but cuisines are what Brazil is known for. The main ingredients put into their dishes are root vegetables like carrots, potatoes ect. Fruits are also something used in dishes. Since Rio Brazil is such a tropical place there are very topical fruits including pineapple, guava, papaya, mango, and much more. Cuisines are nutritious because they contain a daily part of your daily diet. Meats included in dishes are pork, beef, and fish along with other types of delicious seafood. Brazilian dinners follow with appetizers like Acaraje is one of many which are fried shrimp balls, black eyed peas, and onions. The main course includes a dish called Vatapa which is a shrimp and cashew dish, Brazilians also pizza as a main course which is an American favorite. There are plenty of other main dishes of course. Desserts follow after the main course(the best part) this can include Quindin, small coconut flans, and Banana Frusta Com Canella Angluar which is a fried banana that is sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. The desserts sound very scrumptious! There are a ton of other Brazilian dishes that would be great to try in Rio Branco.

Food is important to the Brazilian culture because it brings people together. There is no other way to fellowship best than with yummy foods. The way dishes are made are also important. Ancestors of Brazilian people were the first to create traditional courses, so it carried on and can still be made today. Brazil offers a lovely variety of food that people love. Its tropical feeling sums up the delicious food.
