Edit Blog Post
Sorry for the delay on this and the upcoming entries.
I've been home in Canada for couple weeks now, but have not had time to catch up the blog.
These photos were taken in Bolivia. I did a three day tour from Uyuni through Solar de Uyuni (salt flats) and the high desert ( driest desert in the world) to the Chile Border. The surreal landscape is nearly treeless, punctuated by gentle hills and volcanoes. The salt flats cover 12000sq km.
The desert and salt flats have a very different range of color because of its altitude ( 3500m - 5500m), especially at twilight. Even the water in the lagoons have different color. The temperature at night time gets to -20c
Hope you enjoy the photos
Cheers
Tim
