Set out at 5 the next morning and stopped at some sulfur-mud geysers. The hostel had no showers so we were happy to bath in the hot springs and then eat breakfast around 7. The hot spring complex was a JICA project. We continued on to the laguna azul and visited other strange rocks and landscapes. Right before we were back, with Uyuni in sight, the Remi tours jeep, the other company we were considering, flipped and crashed. Everyone was okay with only minor scrapes. We pushed the car back over and were in Uyuni in five minutes. Made me think twice about not applying for the CorpsCare insurance. We stayed the night there with our new friends from the trip and all headed to Potosi the next morning.
