Set out at 5 the next morning and stopped at some sulfur-mud geysers. The hostel had no showers so we were happy to bath in the hot springs and then eat breakfast around 7. The hot spring complex was a JICA project. We continued on to the laguna azul and visited other strange rocks and landscapes.
