Glaciar Perito Moreno

Hello, I am thinking to go to El Calafate in the end of October to visit the glacier. How is the bus transportation in this area during this time of the year and do you think it will be worth it to go to Torres del Paine?

After that I will travel to Bariloche and I would like to know how to get there by bus. I saw a bus tour that travels the route 40 but it looks it doesn't operate at this time of the year, any other suggestion?
