All Around Bariloche...

The days dawn blue. Day after day. I spent a week in Bariloche and did something different everyday: boat trip to the forests at Puerto Blest, road tour to a glacial lake and waterfalls, a kayak trip, a long day hike to an alpine lake, a rafting trip and a canopy tour via zip lines. The town itself is a bit touristy but there´s a lot to do in the area. In the evenings I ate chocolate and beef...

I am now in El Bolson. Most internet connections here in Patagonia are very slow so the blogs will be infrequent and thin... but all is well and the adventures just keep comin´ on...

Lots of rocks cover the surface of this glacier so they call it the ´Black Glacier´

Very cool
Bill, it seems you have found some excellent places and experiences. We're enjoying them vicariously as we shiver under about 3 feet of snow and single-digit temperatures, so keep up the great journaling!

Well Done
Hey Bill, nice work. That first pics looks so much like the little pass just beyond "The Lake". By the way, your boat shed is shedding the snow beautifully.
