“I’m smart enough to know when to be Yankee, and when to be Canadian, eh!” So said the bleach-blonde bombshell in her seventies; fixing the bat winged, 50’s spectacles with one hand, fixing the wad of foreign notes stashed in her bra with the other... It’s the eccentrics that give the best advice, though you often fail to realise it at the time. It was this pearl that came to mind whilst... Read Full Entry

Mmmmmm!
Fab images. 2 questions. Firstly who is taking the credit and secondly how much time do you spend uploading the photos to the site? It seems to take us forever for each image to upload.

Thanks!
Actually the credit gets shared as we both take the pictures (though we have to fight over the camera from time to time!). So far in South America, our photos have been going on really quickly (5 minutes for approximately 40 photos), but we have experienced countries where it has taken longer and we've had errors occur with titles for pictures. If it is taking that long to upload, I'd contact the site admin as it may be something to do with something a bit more technical for which we are definately not expert!

I love it
It´s good you have visited my country. I live at 400 km from Buenos Aires (Tandil) so I travel quite often because I love the big city. I agree with what you say about La Boca and it´s good to know about those opinions. Hope you come back. Have you seen the Iguazú Falls, the glaciers and the mountains? If your answer is NO, I do hope you change for a big YES. Hugs from Argentina.
