Looking scared!Looking scared!Looking scared!

Still clinging on for life at this point
There´s nothing like throwing yourself off a cliff to cure a hangover. I've always wanted to go paragliding and i was suprised to find that the technique was so simple - ‘just run and jump’ he said. That’s easier said than done, though, when all you´ve got to keep you from hurtling towards the ground at 100mph is a thin polyphene bag. We were 1500mtrs above sea level and the city of Mendoza, looked like a small dot on the earth below us. But i did as i was told and ran off the side of the montain and before i knew what was happening i was flying like an eagle, sailing on the thermal currents. We soared across the mountain tops, riding the upward drafts which seemed to keep us a float for a good twenty minutes before we plumetted rather rapidly back down to earth. An incredible experience, that i would definitely like to repeat, but next time without the swearing.

If you look very carefully you can see a small damp patch.
