Sore bum

It´s been about twenty years since I last rode a horse (that makes me feel reeeeeeeally old writing that - hadn´t realised it was that long until I came to write this blog!). Rode up into the Cordoba Central Sierras yesterday with a fun group of people, which was organised through a hostel that I´ve just moved to. It was a lovely day and fortunately a had a nice, plodding horse so felt very safe. Have a sore bum and very slow legs today and am therefore guessing it must have done some good!
