The lazy way to get to the palace

It was a mere kilometer walk from the boat to Herrenchiemsee castle. Even I could walk that. That's not to say that I was capable of walking back too. Lazy me insisted we ride back to catch our boat. I'm getting really old.

The perfect end to the perfect trip

Last day. It went too fast but we were gonna make the best of things. We woke to the prettiest morning of the entire trip. Not a cloud in the sky and the bluest of skies greeted us down in the Frühstückzimmer.
