I was born on September 12 1983 in an Italian town called Rimini, located in the Emilia-Romagna province along the northern east coast of the Adriatic sea. The balance
It's a lovely way you describe that connection you felt here... some countries are much better at finely balancing old traditions and modern societies than others. I don't think it's something that can be forced, or you end up with the old traditions dressed up at kitsch nostalgic remnants :)
