One of the unpaid Volvo cars

The North Korean government owe the Swedish government more than 270 million Euro for 1,000 Volvo cars they ordered in the 1970-ies but never paid for. Each year Sweden promptly reminds North Korea that they owe money and so far the North Koreans have, as far as I know, done nothing but ignoring the bill.
