Late rising today - indicates we are now on China timeazone. Rosy has been raving about the pigeon in HK, so early this morning we popped out and grabbed to pigeons and a 'rib' of pork with crackling. Needless to say, having pigeon for breakfast was an interesting expereience. Its liek chicken but with more flabour and smaller bones.
