... with beef, chicken, and sausage - really tasty, especially with some guacamole and fresh tortillas, that had been quartered and fried, with a crispy exterior and a really soft and chewy interior. El Tejado's restaurant seems to be a place worthy of more than one meal while we are in Suchitoto.
