... I couldn't pass up this lamb stew, even though it was way too hot today for stew (38 C), once I saw that it featured okra. Lamb, eggplant, potato, onion, bell pepper, green bean ... too bad there weren't more than a couple of meagre pieces of fatty lamb, because it was so tender that I simply cut it with a spoon. A great little lunch, especially with the fantastic fresh apple juice.
